This is an invitation-only social media app named Outliers. It was one of the feature-filled apps I contributed to, which had many of the latest features of social media.

Scope of work:

  • Implement Instagram-like image editing functionalities (cropping/resizing) when uploading a new post
  • Redesign chatroom screen which was implemented with Gifted Chat
  • Rewrite Notifications, Events, Profile Edit, and Verifications screens
  • Optimize Firebase push notification and implement local notifications with Notifee
  • Implement Deep Links (Universal Links) to provide a seamless user experience with the web
